ow, where, why, with whom, do I live...
hi. i'm sarah p.
I live in Brooklyn, New York, in a little neighborhood called Kensington. I live with my wonderful boyfriend Zach, our fish (Merlin, Gandalf are Betas and approximately 8 little Tetras) and our pet plant, Gary. We have a nice two bedroom apartment in a medium sized building on a busy street. Our last apartment (which we shared with a roommate) was the definition of the college transition apartment, fully equipped with over flowing beer bottles, pizza boxes, a lack of a dinning table and a bathroom I wasn't so proud of. But now, we have a home. We have made it our own with an amazing bright red couch, beautiful paintings (some by me, some not) a giant wall of pictures of the people we love, lots of candles and books and a large television. It's not perfect all the time, but I love it.

My family, which is in the far away land of Ohio, consists of a sister, a brother, a mother, a father, a step mom and a step dad ( i have one everything!). I miss them terribly. And I miss home. Zach's family is in Philadelphia, much closer but not filled with the wonders of willoughby.
My goal for 2011 is to read 50 books. I started off really strong, speeding through 7 books in a month, but have slowed terribly after reading some longer books and becoming busier with work. But, fingers crossed, I keep the pages turning!
